Return & Refund Policy – Zavoir Perfume

At Zavoir Perfume, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of every fragrance we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect product (different fragrance or size from your order).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional periods.
  • Gift cards or free samples.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Zavoir.in@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and address details.
  4. Ship the product back securely in its original packaging.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Zavoir.in@gmail.com.
