Shipping Policy – Zavoir Perfume

At Zavoir Perfume, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details on processing, delivery, and timelines.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For international orders, please contact us at Zavoir.in@gmail.com before placing your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Regions: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 8–12 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner, weather, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping fee (shown at checkout) applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may incur an additional service fee.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier link.
  • If you face issues tracking your order, email us at Zavoir.in@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate before checkout.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If undelivered, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-shipping may incur an additional delivery charge.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  2. Email them to Zavoir.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    Our team will review and assist with a replacement or refund.

9. Undelivered Orders (RTO)

If your parcel is marked Returned to Origin (RTO) due to:

  • Incorrect address,
  • Unavailable recipient,
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts,
    we can re-ship after reconfirmation. Re-shipping charges will apply.
